About me
Hi my name is Anna and I know first hand how daunting it can feel to take the first steps in seeking help. It takes courage and strength to begin this journey.
You might be feeling overwhelmed, confused and don’t really know where to turn. Are you in emotional distress and struggling with your mental health?
I offer a safe nurturing space where you can truly be yourself. A confidential space where you will be accepted for who you are and where you are in your life, with no judgement and my full attention and respect. This is a time for you to explore your needs and concerns, together we can explore and navigate whatever difficulties or emotional pain you are facing. This is a journey that we can take together, side by side.
In this supportive environment my aim is to help you develop greater self awareness and a sense of understanding and acceptance, with the hope of a more balanced outlook. My priority is to make you feel as comfortable as possible, working at your pace and supporting you in moving forward. I offer long and short term therapy with regular reviews. Together we will work to create a therapeutic relationship where you feel safe and at ease to share your thoughts and feelings.
My approach to therapy is integrative; drawing on different therapeutic skills and techniques. I understand everybody is unique with different expectations and needs, and I will tailor my skills to fit your needs. I will listen without judgement, explore your world and offer therapeutic techniques, if necessary, that you can take into your everyday life. I work holistically placing my clients at the centre of therapy and will let you guide me where we need to go, after all, you are the expert of yourself.
I offer a 10 minute free introductory call, please email, text or call me and we can arrange a chat to explore your needs and see if working together feels right.
Please remember you do not have to be in a crisis to access therapy. Counselling is for everyone!
