About me
BABCP Accredited CBT psychotherapist specialising in treating children and young people ages 8-24. Sessions are delivered remotely on Teams.
I am passionate about supporting children and young people to understand and recover from mild to moderate presentations including social anxiety, OCD, depression, low self-esteem and emotional dysregulation. I will take time to build a trusting therapeutic relationship to support engagement, and can include parents in the process as required to achieve the best outcomes for both children and their families.
Training, qualifications & experience
I have worked with children and young people for over 15 years across a variety of settings including charities and private health care. I have delivered CBT and adapted my therapy creatively as required, to meet the needs of clients who have experienced adverse childhood experiences, neurodivergent young people and looked after children, as well as providing therapy to children and families through private health care insurance.

Post Graduate certificate in Low Intensity psychological therapies, children and young people. (Manchester University).
