Fears and Phobias

Relationships - getting keeping and ending  and couples counselling

Work place issues

Self image and self esteem

Psychosexual issues

I offer a completely confidential and understanding approach to your issues. You can be completely comfortable talking about your problems whatever they are. I have wide experience in supporting people to work through their issues and achieve their goals. My practice is based in Birchwood Warrington, easily accessed from M62 M6 and by train or bus, where I can offer you a comfortable space to explore and resolve your issues. Free parking is available for clients. The therapy room is up one step and may not suitable for disabled clients. Please let me know if you have mobility problems and alternative arrangements can be made.

I work in a client centred, flexible way. We agree your desired outcome first and then plan sessions to meet that outcome. There is no one size fits all approach with me. Sessions length and frequency are determined by you and what you wish to achieve not my schedule. I work face to face, by Zoom, Line, Viber, Fuze, Skype, Phone, and Email. I make home visits if you choose that option.

Discussion of your needs and the opportunity to discuss if therapy with me is appropriate for you is free. So get in touch now! Phone, text or email as you prefer.

Training, qualifications & experience

I am accredited with the Neurolinguistic Psychotherapy and Counselling Association (NLPtCA) , Registered with the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) and accredited by the British Association of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP). I am trained in NLP Therapy, TA, Couples counselling, CBT and Transpersonal Approaches.
I have many years experience helping people to meet their goals and reach their desired outcome.

I also believe that reflected upon life experience is important in becoming an effective therapist and I have experienced most human situations and dilemmas myself and learned from that. You will find me able to understand and empathise whatever your need.

Wheelchair user access

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a counsellor's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.

You can contact the counsellor to discuss the options available.

Under the Equality Act 2010 service providers have a duty to make reasonable adjustments to ensure that individuals with disabilities can access their service. You can read more about reasonable adjustments to help you to access services on the CAB website.
