About me

Hello and welcome to my profile. As an integrative therapist, I work flexibly and collaboratively, tailoring therapy to you, your experiences, emotions, relationships and inner world. There is no “one-size-fits-all” approach. We work together to understand what you need, at your pace. Life can feel overwhelming at times. You may be struggling with anxiety, low mood, grief, trauma, relationship difficulties, or a sense that something just isn’t quite right. I offer a confidential, supportive space where you don’t have to face these challenges alone.

I offer a warm, relational and non-judgemental therapeutic relationship where you are met with empathy, respect and curiosity. I believe that healing happens in safe relationships. Our work together will be collaborative, you are the expert in your life, and my role is to support, guide and walk alongside you as you explore your experiences.

Sessions are paced according to what feels manageable for you. There is no pressure to talk about anything before you feel ready.
