About me
I'm a professionally qualified Counsellor.
I work with people face to face, online or a mix of both so that you can be comfortable and flexible with the way you take your counselling appointments.
There are times in your life when you may encounter difficult challenges, feel overwhelmed, stuck and find yourself struggling. You don’t need to face this alone.
I offer a calm and confidential environment where you can feel safe to openly talk and feel heard without being judged. Through counselling I can support you in exploring what is happening for you and work with you in exploring & identifying your goals and reshaping your future.
The core of my practice is Humanistic Integrative & Person Centred, which simply means I tailor my approach to suit each individual and their needs.
I am naturally a warm, compassionate and empathetic person with a caring considerate nature and am passionate about supporting people through their difficult times and challenges.
In addition to my Counselling Practice , previously I supported Macmillan Cancer Services, Cruse Bereavement Services as well as a Charity supporting families who have experienced the death of their child or young adult through individual bereavement, complex grief and loss counselling.
For more detailed information about me and my practice and to see if you feel I might be the right person to work with you please visit my website as above, and take that first step to making changes by calling or emailing me to discuss what is happening for you.
