Angie Osborne MNCS (Accredited)
I'm a professionally qualified Counsellor.
There are times in your life when you may encounter difficult challenges, feel overwhelmed, stuck and find yourself struggling. You don’t need to face this alone.
I offer a calm and confidential environment where you can feel safe to openly talk and feel heard without being judged. Through counselling I can support you in exploring what is happening for you and work with you in identifying your goals and reshaping your future.
The core of my practice is Humanistic Integrative & Person Centred, which simply means I tailor my approach to suit each individual and their needs.
I am naturally a warm, compassionate and empathetic person with a caring considerate nature and am passionate about supporting people through their difficult times and challenges.
In addition to my own Counselling Practice I am a counsellor for the 'You Raise Me Up' Charity which offers emotional support to parents and siblings who have experienced the death of a child or young adult within the family. I am also a counsellor with the Macmillan Counselling Services, Eastbourne DGH.
For more detailed information about me and my practice and to see if you feel I might be the right person to work with you please visit my website as above, and take that first step to making changes by calling me to discuss what is happening for you.
In light of the recent government guidelines outlining the practice of safe distancing and hygiene procedure within the workplace I have put in place appropriate changes which enable me, forthwith to resume seeing clients face to face.
I am still able to offer on going support consultations via telephone or zoom if required and whilst this might not be your preferred choice it does enable me to offer you emotional support during these difficult times for you.
I am aware that your individual circumstance are constantly changing so please feel free to telephone or email me so that we can discuss your individual needs and how I might be able support you.
Currently, I am able to offer some concessionary spaces for low income groups and key workers.
