About me

Why choose me as your therapist?

I offer a personalised approach and will tailor our sessions to suit your unique needs. As a qualified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist, I bring extensive experience to help you achieve your goals in a supportive environment where you will feel heard and accepted. As well as CBT, I am able to support work on values, boundaries and attachment styles.

I also offer Single Session Therapy which can be very useful for those looking for support to work through a current issue or looking for some quick problem solving. Like all therapy, it is guided by the needs of the needs of the client and if needed then additional sessions can be offered.

Not sure if therapy is right for you? I offer a free 15/20 minute phone consultation to discuss your needs, answer your questions, and help us determine if we're a good fit for your therapy journey.

You have taken the first step today by deciding to look for a therapist. Now take the next steps on your journey towards a brighter future by getting in touch.
