About me

I am an accredited Psychotherapist, registered Psychologist and EMDR therapist specialising in the treatment of Post-Traumatic Stress, complex Trauma, Anxiety based Disorders and Depression. I have worked with hundreds of clients over the last 16 years, either in clinical settings such as the Priory Hospital or at my private practices in central London and Cheltenham. I have trained in several psychological approaches and use tailored interventions designed to suit each individual client and their presenting problem. My extensive experience enables me to work across broad range of issues from clinically diagnosed mental health issues to developing resilience in the workplace. Andy believes that all successful and lasting change work is built upon the foundation of a good, solid working relationship with each valued client. I have extensive experience working with clients online.
