About me
When your mental health gets worse, everyday life can feel much harder than it should. You might notice your sleep is affected, you‘re more critical with yourself, or your mind feels constantly busy with overthinking. Many people feel stuck after a change or loss, struggling to adapt and feeling they’re not themselves anymore. This can show up as low mood or worrying that feels hard to switch off, alongside feeling overwhelmed, withdrawn, or unsure how to move forward. You may feel like you’re just getting through the day, with little space left for enjoyment, meaning, connection, and unsure whether therapy would really help.
I'm Andrei, an NHS-trained, BABCP-accredited CBT therapist experienced in working with adults affected by low mood and anxiety. Together, we’ll make sense of what’s keeping you stuck and work on unhelpful thinking and coping patterns. My aim is to help you feel more confident in handling challenge as they arise, with more mental space for what matters.
I offer a confidential online practice, allowing you to engage in therapy from the comfort and privacy of your own space. If you're tired of feeling this way but are unsure about taking the next step, I invite you to book a free 15-minute consultation. It’s a no-obligation opportunity to talk and ask any questions you might have about therapy.
