Hello, and thanks for visiting my profile. I am an accredited CBT therapist with the BABCP and a Mental Health Nurse (RMN) by background. I am originally from Liverpool but now live in the sunny town of Newquay! I care about women's health, which is why I have recently completed further training in CBT for menopause (including perimenopause). I also work with depression, anxiety, and post-traumatic stress disorder. I can offer both video and telephone appointments. Offering face-to-face appointments is something that I am looking to offer in the near future when I find the right therapy space. I look forward to hearing from you.

I am an accredited CBT therapist with the BABCP and a Registered Mental Health Nurse with the NMC.
I often find that women's health can be overlooked by many professionals, and I have worked with women facing the challenges of menopause, looking for some additional support. That's why I completed the further studying in menopause recently to be able to give women more access to a variety of support available.
Member organisations

Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
The BABCP is the lead organisation for Cognitive Behavioural Therapy in the UK. Membership is open to anyone with an interest in the practice, theory or development of CBT. BABCP also provides accreditation for CBT therapists. BABCP accredited members adhere to the Standards of Conduct, Performance and Ethics in the Practice of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies, and are willing to be scrutinised in this adherence as required.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
