I’m a registered Person Centred Counsellor. I support others with their emotional well being. My focus includes grief, loss, relationship problems, and self esteem, as well as the particular challenges experienced by men and women.

Training, qualifications & experience
I am qualified to Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling.
I work at St Giles as a Volunteer Bereavement Counsellor. I have been a volunteer at St Giles for nearly 3 years now.
I am also in the process of completing a couples online counselling course.
I am BACP Registered (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy).
I have just recently set up my private Practice in Counselling iat Pro Physio in Ashby de la Zouch working alongside the team at the Physio Practice.
