I am a qualified BACP registered Counsellor who has been involved in the profession since 2002 when I first started training, I have worked in private practice since 2006 and have also carried out extensive work in the voluntary field. One of my specialist areas is working with clients who have suffered from or whom are experiencing domestic abuse. I also deal with relationship issues, bereavement issues, eating disorders, panic/anxiety, depression. I have extensive experience in working with clients suffering with mental health issues and multi issues. I offer long term and short term therapy.I offer face to face counselling as well as telephone counselling and Skype appointments. Enquiries welcome from International Students. Experienced in EAP work and an affiliate counsellor for Lifeworks.
For all new clients I offer a free half an hour introductory session, sometimes people wonder whether or not counselling is for them and this will give you the chance to explore this and to see if working with me is something that you would like to do.(Please ask upon enquiry) This offer is also available to Counsellors who need personal therapy for their course and for Counsellors looking for Supervision.

EAP Counselling Sessions £40 per 50 min session.
Individual Counselling £35 per 50 min session.

Supervision Sessions £40 per hour - currently 2 spaces available at Bretby at reduced rate of £30 per hour.
Discounts offered for Students and registered unemployed and anyone suffering from financial hardship.
Counselling in a unique experience and I aim to provide the right conditions in order for client's to explore their issues. It does require commitment from the client. Counselling is a confidential experience unless there are any safeguarding concerns, this is done in a safe environment without judgement. For some clients only a few sessions may be required and for others they may require more of a long term approach.
