About me
I am a Clinical Psychologist with experience in both the NHS and private practice, supporting children, young people, and adults.
I work with neurodevelopmental differences such as Autism, ADHD, and learning disabilities, as well as emotional difficulties including anxiety or low mood.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to you. I take time to understand your experiences and what may be underlying your difficulties, so we can make sense of things together and work towards your goals.
I work at your pace, focusing on what feels most important to you, and supporting you to build understanding, confidence, and lasting change.
Training, qualifications & experience
I am an HCPC-registered Clinical Psychologist. I completed my training in Caracas, Venezuela, where I obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and a postgraduate qualification as a Mental Clinic Specialist (equivalent to Clinical Psychology training).
My qualifications and experience were formally recognised by the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), and I am registered in the UK as a Practitioner Psychologist (Clinical Psychologist).
I have over 8 years of experience working in Children Adolescent and Mental Health Service (CAMHS) within the NHS, alongside over a decade of broader clinical experience, including neurodevelopmental assessment and therapeutic work.
I have specialist training in neurodevelopmental assessment, including the use of ADOS-2, ADI-R, and QbTest, and extensive experience working with autism, ADHD, and learning disabilities.
I also hold a Postgraduate Certificate in Supervision in Children and Young People’s Mental Health (UCL).
Member organisations
school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.
They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.
Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.
