About me
I am an NCPS-registered counsellor offering a safe, confidential, and supportive space to explore emotional difficulties. I work in a person-centred, trauma-informed way and support clients with issues such as anxiety, anger, loss, low self-esteem, and life challenges. My practice is ethical, reflective, and grounded in regular supervision. I welcome clients from all backgrounds and offer a calm, non-judgemental approach to counselling.
Training, qualifications & experience
I hold a Level 5 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling and am a registered member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS). I work in accordance with the NCPS Code of Ethics and engage in regular clinical supervision.
I have worked in a primary school for an academic year , working with children aged starting from 7 years old - 11 years old. Working with them helped me to acquire skills to work with an age group I hadn't before. I learnt to work with them in different ways in order for them to express their feelings in an environment they feel safe in.
I have worked with an online company working with adults from ages 25 plus. This has given me great ways to exercise theories and work with the client in order to work through their journey, helping them to unravel what it is they are going through.

In 2013 the NCS register was accredited by the Professional Standards Authority under the Accredited Voluntary Register Scheme. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
