About me

I am a fully qualified, NCS accredited counsellor working face to face in Axminster East Devon and also online. I am passionate about the work I do and dedicated to helping people overcome obstacles and challenges so they can go on to lead happier lives. It could be that you are suffering from depression, anxiety or grief. A breakdown in a relationship, low self- esteem or finding it hard to process past events. It could be that something else is troubling you. Everyone is unique and no matter how big or small your struggles are, I will provide a warm safe supportive space for you to be able to explore any issues you may not feel comfortable about talking to others. The humanistic approach of person centred therapy is at the heart of what I do. This is a non-directive talking therapy that encourages self-exploration which is led by you the client. You are the expert on how you experience the world around you. I will support you by offering you a warm, non-judgemental therapeutic relationship in which you can develop a greater understanding of what's going on for you, take control of your life in a more positive way and move forward making the changes that you would like to.
