About me

Are you feeling overwhelmed by the thoughts that are running through your head? Thoughts that are generating anxiety, worry, fear, sadness, shame or a general feeling of being 'stuck', feeling helpless and not being able to find a way forward.

Life can be challenging at times and sometimes you need a helping hand to work through problems, find some clarity and build resilience .

I'm here to support you while you unpick the difficulties you are facing and explore what is the root cause.  I can help you to find some clarity as to why you are thinking and feeling this way. I want to help you to find ways to overcome obstacles and challenges so you can have a better relationship with others and yourself. We will work together to recognize your strengths and find some coping strategies to use when things are tough so you can start feeling positive about your life again .

I'm here to listen to you and support you without judgement but with empathy and curiosity so you can openly explore your feelings and emotions. Counselling will enable you to start making changes in your life that are meaningful to you.

I want you to start living the life you deserve to live, without anxiety, depression, shame, fear, sadness or anything that may be holding you back.

If you are here reading this you've made the first step to make changes, to be supported and to be free from whatever it is you are struggling with.

With the right support things can get better,

I am a fully qualified to degree level, experienced integrative counsellor. This means that I am trained in a variety of counselling models and I can tailor the therapy to suit you and what you need.

I offer a free 20 mins on zoom or by phone so you can ask any questions you may have and get to know me, so book in a call or drop me an email, send me a text and I will see how I can support you.

Key details

Wheelchair user access info
Wheelchair user access

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a Counsellor's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.

You can contact the Counsellor to discuss the options available.

Under the Equality Act 2010 service providers have a duty to make reasonable adjustments to ensure that individuals with disabilities can access their service. You can read more about reasonable adjustments to help you to access services on the CAB website.

I am able to offer sessions to wheelchair users but unfortunately the toilet facilities in the building are not wheelchair accessible.
