About me

Being able to make sense of our circumstances, emotions and how we feel about ourselves can be difficult and daunting. Talking therapy can provide you with the safe and private opportunity to talk through situations and feelings that may be affecting you, your work, your relationships, or any other aspect of your life. By listening to you in a non-judgemental way, I can provide the safe, supportive environment in which we can work together to help you explore your feelings and understand yourself better.

It is really important to find the right counsellor and therefore I am happy to offer a free 15 minute telephone consultation to establish if we can work together. I can offer online and face to face therapy based in Solihull.

Training, qualifications & experience

I have experience of both short term and long term client work within a counselling agency covering a wide range of needs including relationship issues, university stress, bereavement, anxiety, depression and low mood, stress, work issues, family problems, ASD and difficulties with confidence, self esteem and self worth.
