Amanda Conlon, Counsellor,MBACP
The garden room is a place where you can take a breather and relax; an opportunity to talk confidentially on a 1-1 basis about whatever is troubling you.
This is an environment where you can be yourself, feel safe and talk freely about your thoughts and feelings and how issues may be effecting you and impacting on your day to day life; To be listened to and be heard, without judgement.
Have you been suffering from any of the following symptoms: stress, anxiety, low mood, feeling unhappy and unsure what to do with these feelings and emotions.
Counselling can help you to understand yourself better and help bring positive change and enhance your wellbeing.
I am registered member of the BACP – MBACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapists), I have professional indemnity insurance and I work in line with the BACP Ethical Framework.
I work in Private Practice and all potential clients will be invited to an initial assessment, where together we will plan the best options for you. I provide counselling on a short or long term basis, this means you can choose to be allocated a set amount of sessions. This can be reviewed at any time to reflect your needs.
