About me
In our sessions, you will find a confidential and non judgmental space to freely express your thoughts and feelings. I am committed to providing an environment of genuine empathy, ensuring you feel truly heard and understood. Recognising the need for support is a sign of strength and self awareness. Life’s journey is often complex. The therapeutic process is about affording yourself the time and space to navigate current challenges and future goals. Together, we will explore your experiences, identify inherent strength, and collaboratively work towards your goals as a pace that is comfortable and effective for you.
As a humanistic counsellor, I specialise in supporting individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, sexual identity concerns, domestic abuse, and addiction.
Life can present significant challenges, leading into feelings of overwhelm, loss, or disconnection from self. Whether you are grappling with persistent anxiety, navigating the profound weight of depression, or processing the lasting impact of trauma, you do not have to face these difficulties alone. Therapy offers a path towards self discovery and recovery.
