About me
Sometimes life calls for a space to slow down, speak freely, and feel met without judgement. You may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or repeating patterns that no longer serve you—perhaps carrying experiences from earlier in life that continue to shape how you feel, think, or relate to others.
I am an integrative and relational psychotherapist and counsellor, working with adults and young people. This means I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches and tailor the work to suit you as an individual, rather than expecting you to fit a particular model.
I offer a calm, grounded, and confidential space where you can explore trauma, addiction, and relationship challenges at your own pace. Together, we take time to understand not just what is happening, but what sits beneath the surface and what may be keeping you stuck.
Alongside this, I pay attention to the therapeutic relationship itself. Often, this can gently bring awareness to patterns in how you relate to yourself and others, allowing space for something new to emerge.
At times, I may offer reflections or gentle challenge to support deeper awareness. There is no fixed agenda—the work is about helping you feel more connected to yourself, build emotional resilience, and begin to respond to life in a way that feels more grounded and aligned.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

Further information
In our work together, the focus is on creating a space where you can feel safe enough to explore what is really going on for you—at your own pace. There is no pressure to have the right words or to know where to begin.
Sessions are led by what you bring, whether that is something very clear or a more general sense of feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected. We take time to understand not just your experiences, but how they feel for you in the moment.
My approach is both integrative and relational. I draw on different therapeutic approaches depending on what feels most helpful, while also paying attention to what happens within the space between us. This can offer valuable insight into patterns in how you relate, often without needing to force or analyse anything.
