About me

I work with clients navigating anxiety,depression, stress, or past trauma. Everyone’s life history, experiences, and perspective are unique. I use CBT, strength-based, and compassion-focused and trauma-focused a tailoring support to each person’s needs. My goal is to provide a safe, empowering space to build resilience, gain insight, and foster personal growth. My medical background adds transferable knowledge into the connection between mental and physical wellbeing.I combine professional expertise with warmth, empathy, and respect, helping clients gain insight, develop resilience and achieve personal growth as a therapist.

I help clients with anxiety, depression, mood changes, emotional dysregulation, personality challenges, self-esteem issues, stress, sleep difficulties, neurodiversity, and trauma. Using CBT, trauma-focused, strength-based, and compassion-focused approaches. I tailor support to each person’s needs.I can offer therapy in English, Turkish, Russian.

COSCA Counsellor Accreditation is a pathway to entry onto the UKRC. It is a requirement of all individual and organisational members of COSCA to abide by its Statement of Ethics and Code of Practice and be accountable to the Complaints Procedure. I currently offer self-funded (self-pay) sessions at £70 per 50 minute session. I am not registered with insurance providers at this time.Since i just starting my private practice and working only around 4 times per month, I may want to: keep firm fee, offer only one reduced slot until i could.

However,  I can  offer concession rates or sliding scale pricing in some cases.
