About me

As a Clinical Psychologist, I provide online therapy for young people and adults experiencing anxiety, stress, emotional overwhelm, low self-esteem, trauma, burnout, and difficulties with identity, relationships, or life transitions. Whether you're struggling with persistent worry, feeling stuck, or trying to make sense of difficult experiences, I offer a warm, compassionate space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported.

I have extensive experience working with and advocating for neurodivergent individuals, including people with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). My practice is neuro-affirming, recognising and valuing different ways of thinking, communicating, and experiencing the world. Together, we can explore challenges such as masking, emotional regulation, sensory overwhelm, self-acceptance, and navigating work, education, or relationships in ways that feel authentic to you.

My experience spans a range of NHS services, including Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS), adult mental health services, youth justice, and pupil referral units. This has given me extensive experience supporting people with complex emotional and psychological difficulties, trauma, anxiety, depression, and the lasting impact of adverse life experiences.

Work can have a profound impact on our mental health, and when things aren't going well, it often affects every aspect of life. Through my work supporting staff wellbeing, I've helped people experiencing workplace stress, burnout, work-related anxiety, bullying, imposter syndrome, difficult relationships at work, and the pressure of trying to keep going when they're already emotionally exhausted. If work has left you feeling overwhelmed, disconnected from yourself, or questioning your confidence, therapy can provide a space to understand what's happening, develop healthier coping strategies, and regain a sense of balance.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and culturally informed. I understand that mental health is shaped not only by our thoughts and emotions but also by our relationships, culture, identity, and wider social experiences. This includes recognising the impact of racism, discrimination, marginalisation, and feeling misunderstood or unseen. Therapy with me is a place where you don't have to minimise or explain these experiences—we can explore them together with curiosity, compassion, and respect.

I tailor therapy to your individual needs, drawing on evidence-based psychological approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), and trauma-informed therapy. This allows us to work both practically—developing tools to manage anxiety, stress, and difficult emotions—and more reflectively, helping you understand patterns, strengthen self-compassion, process trauma, and build lasting emotional wellbeing.

I offer 50-minute online therapy sessions across the UK, along with a free 15-minute consultation, giving you the opportunity to ask questions and decide whether I'm the right psychologist for you.

Training, qualifications & experience

I am a qualified Clinical Psychologist with several years of experience in working across the lifespan.

My qualifications are:

  • Doctorate in Clinical Psychology
  • Foundation Level training in Systemic Family Therapy
  • Master of Research in Clinical Psychology
  • BSc Psychology

My training and experience has provided experience working across a range of NHS, and local authority services, including CAMHS, adult teams, older adult inpatient services, and youth justice settings.

Alongside my clinical training, I have completed several research projects exploring the experiences of racism and inequality with a particular focus on racial trauma. This has informed my commitment to culturally informed practice.
