About me

I am an accredited psychotherapist specialising in supporting young people and adults with a diagnosis or who self-identify as having ADHD as well as other neurotypes (e.g., AuDHD).

I am specifically interested in the links between ADHD and emotional regulation. I work with clients to understand what ADHD is, how it looks for them (as we are all unique), and what strengths and abilities they can employ to overcome challenges and achieve their goals.

As someone who has ADHD, I have lived experience of both the positives and challenges this can bring. Everyone's story and experience is unique and they deserve a space to feel seen, heard and understood, while encouraged to tap into their abilities and feel hopeful about the future.

Training, qualifications & experience

I am a highly experienced clinical social worker and integrative psychotherapist with over 12 years of experience in frontline mental health services. My career encompasses roles within the NHS and Youth Justice Services (YJS).

In addition to my therapeutic training and experience, I have completed further training in ADHD coaching with ADHD Works and Gold Mind Academy and Non-Violent Resistance certification to Level 2 with NVR Innovations.
