I am a qualified relational Transactional Analysis counsellor and Clinical Supervisor with over 5 years experience working both in private practice and with a charity supporting trauma survivors. I am also in the final stage of advanced psychotherapy training (due to complete Nov 18). My counselling practice is based in the Bournemouth area.
I have experience of working with a wide range of difficulties that affect people personally, I work in a collaborative way with my clients working with you to find the right support. I offer individual, couple and group therapy sessions as well as running workshops for specific groups on managing sporting performance anxiety and working with organisations to help manage significant people change. I offer concessionary rates in certain circumstances.

Training, qualifications & experience
I am a qualified Counsellor working in Bournemouth and I hold a Diploma in Transactional Analysis Psychotherapeutic Counselling. I trained at the Metanoia Institute and I am currently in the final stage of a MSc in Transactional Analysis Psychotherapy, which when completed (Nov 18) will give me Certified Transactional Analysis (CTA) status. I am also a qualified Clinical Supervisor and hold a Diploma issued by the Iron Mill College.
My core philosophy and training is in Relational Transactional Analysis but I work in an integrative way with my clients and draw on a number of different theories and interventions to support our work together. I take my lead from you in terms of what you find helpful and prefer to work together to find a way that supports growth and development specifically for you.
I have experience in working in charitable organisations as a trauma therapist and supervisor, in sports clubs as a sports psychotherapist as well as in my private practice supporting individuals experiencing a wide range of difficulties. I offer short or long term therapy for individuals, couples or groups.

Under 18’s Sports Psychotherapy: £40 per session*
Clinical Supervision: £50 per session*
Price on available on request. It will be dependant on the length of session, number of delegates and the amount of tailoring required.
