About me

When you`re worried, anxious or down, it can be just at those times when it feels so difficult to reach out and ask for help. Talking regularly in a confidential setting with a qualified therapist might just be of value to you

Regular once weekly sessions with a counsellor offers you a chance to talk through your worries; think about where you are right now; find out more about yourself and, over time, give you more choices about your future

I am a qualified and accredited psychodynamic psychotherapist. I offer face to face psychotherapy for adults who are looking for help with emotional and psychological problems

I work in South West London, Tooting Broadway, SW17 and I am currently taking referrals.

I am experienced in helping individuals with emotional and psychological problems. In my previous career, for over 25 years, I worked in the social services and criminal justice sectors.

I have a private practice at Tooting Broadway, SW17. I also work as an honorary psychodynamic psychotherapist in two locations: South West London and St George`s Mental Health Trust and at Wpf Therapy.

I am particularly interested in the impact of boarding school on individuals. I am also experienced in problems of addiction including food and eating disorders, alcohol and drug use;and I have a special interest in depression and anxiety
