About me
It can be daunting when we start addressing things that are painful and open up parts of our self which don't often, or ever, get expressed. I believe everyone has the right to be heard and accepted, so aim to create a space for this to flourish, whilst using the strength of the therapeutic relationship. Whatever has brought you to me, I aim to meet you where you are, help you gain deeper insight to yourself, and facilitate meaningful change.
I aim to create a space which is comfortable for you to open up and trust the counselling process. There is no judgement towards you and what you bring, I am here to listen to your story and together find growth, clarity and happiness. Please get in touch for a free consultation call to discuss how we can work together. I offer concession rates to students.
Training, qualifications & experience
I am a qualified Integrative Counsellor and certified Life coach. This means our work is shaped and tailored by what you need from our sessions. I have experience of short- and long-term work across a variety of issues, background and ages. I offer one-to-one sessions and group therapy for targeted issues and topics.
Member organisations

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
