About me
Life can be tough, and sometimes it feels like the weight of everything is just too much to carry. Whether it's constant worry, feeling disconnected from yourself or struggling with past wounds that won't heal, it can be hard to find your way out. But there's hope - things can change. You don't have to face these struggles alone.
I'm Alice and i'm here to help. As a clinical psychologist, I see people who are struggling with anxiety, depression, low self esteem, OCD and the relentless self critic that can leave you feeling exhausted. I also have a lot of experience working with trauma, both PTSD and complex trauma. Together, we'll explore new ways of related to yourself, coping strategies to manage overwhelming emotions and body based work to heal old wounds.
Training, qualifications & experience
I integrate a variety of therapeutic approaches that can help, such as compassion focused therapy (CFT), which helps us relate to ourselves in a kinder way and includes imagery and body based work. I also use EMDR for processing difficult memories, dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT) for help with regulating difficulties with mood and an Internal Family Systems (IFS) informed approach.
With over 10 years of experience, including as a psychology lead in the NHS, I've worked with many people who have felt stuck and overwhelmed. If you're ready to take that first step toward feeling more connected and at peace, I'm here to support you on that journey. Contact me for a free initial phone call.
Member organisations
school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.

The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.
They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.
Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.
