Currently I am working in BUPA as a clinical psychologist.
I have treated a large spectrum of mental health conditions, anxiety, depression, social anxiety, OCD, eating disorders, panic, psychosis, etc.
I worked for 3 years in a mental health unit for Eating disorders in Italy.
I use the CBT model and 3rd Wave (ACT, CFT, Mindfulness). I treat trauma with EMDR and TF-CBT.
I am also trained in Family intervention and I worked with families in distress.
In my practice, I am very transparent and I worship the values of openness and honesty. My main aim is to provide a safe and comfortable space for my clients to enable them to share concerns and their internal world. My approach is compassionate, friendly but professional.
