About me
I am a BABCP Accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist offering online CBT to adults experiencing anxiety, low self-esteem and related difficulties.
I aim to provide a warm, friendly and compassionate approach, while keeping therapy practical, collaborative and evidence-based.
CBT can help you build greater self-awareness and understand how your thoughts, emotions, behaviours, past experiences and current environment may be contributing to your difficulties. Together, we can identify patterns that may be keeping problems going and work towards practical and meaningful change.
I specialise in working with anxiety disorders, including social anxiety, phobias, OCD, health anxiety and panic, alongside low self-esteem. I also have experience working with emetophobia, agoraphobia and other specific phobias.
I have substantial experience working with adults with ADHD and autism, and I adapt therapy where helpful to reflect differences in attention, communication, sensory needs, executive functioning and individual preferences.
Therapy is usually structured and goal-focused, but I also aim to make it feel supportive, flexible and tailored to you. Sessions may include practical strategies, behavioural experiments and between-session tasks to help you apply what we discuss in everyday life.
I offer online sessions for adults aged 18+. Sessions are 50 minutes and cost £75. I also offer a free 20-minute initial consultation, which gives us an opportunity to briefly discuss what you would like help with, answer any questions and consider whether working together feels like a good fit
