About me

I am a qualified CBT therapist and work with clients that have or may be struggling to move on with their lives and feel stuck. I have worked with young people for many years to help them work on their issues and start to plan for the future, as well as working with adults that may be suffering from a variety of issues and need support to explore coping strategies and interventions to help them to recognise the issue, how to deal with it and move on from it.

First Contact

when you fist contact me we will have a chat about the issue , what you want to achieve and what is the best way forward to help you achieve your goal . This can either over email or a phone call .

initial session

In the first session we will spend time getting to know each other and the individual coping strategies that will be the most effective as you work towards a more positive future . I will always work at a pace that is appropriate for you to allow you to develop a more positive outcome ..

Sessions

I work in a very flexible manner and will always look to arrange all sessions at a time that is suitable for yourself . The sessions can be adapted to work around your life be they weekly or fortnightly . All session will last an hour .
