About me
Hello, and a warm welcome to you.
Taking the first step to seeking support can be a challenging one, and I commend you for already getting this far.
I am a registered Integrative Therapist, which means that the way I offer counselling varies upon the individual and the support they require.
I work from a belief that building a strong, therapeutic relationship is one of the most important factors in counselling. I aim to do this by listening to you without judgement, responding to you with kindness, and supporting you at a pace that feels both safe and considerate to your needs. You are the expert of your own life, and I will be here to meet you where you are.
It is by developing this therapeutic relationship whereby you feel emotionally held, that hopefully, you can feel safe enough to share your experiences, thoughts and feelings. In turn, you will be giving yourself the opportunity to create self-awareness, which ultimately creates the space for therapeutic change and a more balanced life.
I look forward to getting to know you.
