At different times in our lives we go through challenges that can affect how we feel and have a negative impact on us. We all have unique ways of dealing with situations. At these times, many people find it helpful to explore how they are feeling with somebody else. It is important at these times to have a safe space to do this.
What I do
I am a Person Centered Counsellor and Psychotherapist and I can offer you that safe space where you will be met with empathy, respect and genuineness as we explore your journey together.
What happens next
You can call or email me to set up an initial session. We can talk about what you want to get out of counselling. If you decide to continue, we would arrange a second session, and then meet on weekly basis from there.
Training, qualifications & experience
Have a BSc (Hons) in Psychology and an MSc in Counselling & Psychotherapy. I am also a member of the BACP.

Whatever your distress, I am here to offer therapeutic support. Listed below are some of the issues I can help with.
