About me
I am a Clinical Psychologist registered with the HCPC, specialising in trauma, eating disorders, body image issues, and attachment difficulties. I am passionate about helping people overcome anxiety and develop the tools to build a meaningful and fulfilling life.
I work collaboratively with my clients, using an integrative, evidence-based approach that includes CBT, EMDR, and Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT). I tailor each treatment plan to the unique needs, values, and goals of every individual.
Training, qualifications & experience
I am trained at a doctoral level and have experience working with a broad range of common mental health difficulties, including anxiety, OCD, and depression, across both the private and NHS sectors.
I have specific experience in a leading NHS eating disorders service, working with individuals with anorexia, bulimia, binge eating disorder, and ARFID, as well as body image concerns and disordered eating more broadly. In addition, I specialise in EMDR for the treatment of trauma.
Alongside my clinical practice, I am completing a Doctorate in Psychology Applied to Cognitive Neuroscience, with my research focused on social cognition in individuals with Complex PTSD.

school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.
They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.
Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.
