About me

I know how difficult it can be to reach out when you’ve experienced trauma. My practice in Aberdeen is built on the belief that a safe, trusting relationship is the foundation of healing. When you have experienced the weight of trauma, abuse, or the suffocating nature of coercive control, your sense of self can feel fragmented. My primary focus is to help you navigate the journey of trauma recovery in a space where you are finally the one in control.

My specialised credentials include: Advanced Clinical Tools for Narcissistic & Psychopathic Abuse Treatment Protocols; Intensive Training on Traumatic Pathological Love Relationships & Emotional Abuse; Specialised Strategies for Breaking the Cycle of Gaslighting & Manipulation.

Healing from complex trauma and coercive control isn't about forgetting the past, it’s about reclaiming your present. Together, we will safely understand the dynamics of control, dismantle the self-doubt left by manipulation, and build concrete tools to help you rebuild your life. I am here to provide a safe, supportive space for your recovery.
