About me
Are you feeling overwhelmed and not quite sure where to turn? I am a warm and curious counsellor offering a safe space for you to talk about whatever it is that has brought you here. We can work together at a pace that is comfortable for you to explore what is troubling you, including any recurring themes and/or new patterns of behaviour and negative thought processes.
Do you often wake in the morning with that gnawing feeling in your stomach but can’t quite figure out why it’s there. Does anxiety play too big a role in your life. Do you find yourself dwelling on the past and questioning some of the choices you made, perhaps you wish you had made different choices. Do obsessive thoughts & compulsive behaviours consume your body and mind. Does depression get in the way of your inner happiness. Does it sometimes feel as if you are being blown along in the wind, unsure of the direction you are heading…
Our thoughts and feelings can sometimes become all-consuming, weighing us down, if they are not aligned with our ideal selves, who we truly are, and how we want to live our lives…
If any of the above resonates with you, I would love to hear from you so I can begin to understand what is weighing you down. Whether you are carrying a lifelong burden caused by past events, or currently going through a difficult time, I will help you explore, and find better ways to manage your feelings, and perhaps find some answers to the questions that consume your thoughts, so you can begin to feel more centred, and empowered to move forward with clarity and inner peace…
