About us
Your journey with me begins here.
If anxiety is affecting your everyday life, past experiences have left you feeling lost, withdrawn, or uncertain about what lies ahead, or you feel like you’ve run out of answers, you don’t have to face it alone.
You may already know what’s wrong, or you might just feel that something isn’t right. You could feel anxious, low, overwhelmed, or unlike yourself. Whatever you’re carrying, I offer a safe, supportive space where you can begin to make sense of things at your own pace.
I provide a confidential environment online or in person in Nottingham, where your needs remain at the centre of our work together. My role is to help you feel heard, understood, and accepted, without judgement or pressure.
Person-centred therapy gives you the space to talk openly about what matters to you. As we explore your thoughts and feelings together, things may begin to feel clearer. You may start to understand yourself more deeply, recognise patterns, and feel more grounded in the choices you make.
My approach is calm, compassionate, and tailored to you. I support clients with a range of difficulties, including anxiety, emotional distress, trauma/abuse, bereavement, low self-worth, and difficult life experiences.
Mindfulness and coping strategies
Alongside person-centred therapy, I also offer mindfulness-based techniques and practical coping strategies where appropriate.
This may include breathing exercises, meditation, or simple tools to manage anxiety, stress, or panic in the moment, helping you feel more in control day to day.
I offer a free 20-minute introductory call, giving you the opportunity to ask questions and see whether this feels like the right support for you.
If you feel ready to reach out, I would welcome the chance to work with you.
Just use the enquiry form or send me an email, and I’ll be in touch.

Further information
I offer a warm, supportive, and non-judgemental space where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences at a pace that feels comfortable for them. My approach is primarily Person-Centred, which means I believe in building a genuine therapeutic relationship based on empathy, acceptance, and understanding.
Alongside counselling, I also integrate mindfulness-based approaches where appropriate, including grounding techniques, breath awareness, and developing greater self-awareness. I understand that beginning therapy can feel daunting, so I aim to create an environment where clients feel safe, heard, and able to be themselves without fear of judgement.
My own experiences with anxiety and personal therapy gave me a deep appreciation for how powerful the right support can be, and this continues to shape the way I work with compassion, authenticity, and care.
Sessions are available online and in-person. I work with adults experiencing a range of difficulties including anxiety, stress, overwhelm, low self-esteem, panic, and life challenges.
