About us
Your journey with me begins here.
Welcome, and thank you for taking the time to look at my profile.
Reaching out for therapy can feel like a difficult step, particularly when you may already be feeling overwhelmed, anxious or unsure about what you need. My aim is to make that first step feel as comfortable and straightforward as possible.
My approach can offer a way forward when you may be feeling lost, isolated, overwhelmed or alone. I have helped many clients feel more like themselves again, move forward in relationships especially when communication has become difficult or stopped altogether. Clients have gained more confidence in themselves, emotionally lighter and less overwhelmed.
Person-centred therapy gives you the space to talk openly about what matters to you. As we explore your thoughts and feelings together, things may begin to feel clearer. You may start to understand yourself more deeply, recognise patterns, and feel more grounded in the choices you make.
Mindfulness and coping strategies
Alongside person-centred therapy, I also offer mindfulness-based techniques and practical coping strategies where appropriate.
This may include breathing exercises, meditation, or simple tools to manage anxiety, stress, or panic in the moment, helping you feel more in control day to day.
I offer a free 20 minute initial call which gives you the chance to tell me a little about what’s been going on and what you’d like help/support with. I’ll explain how I work, how I feel I am able to help/support you, answer any questions you have, and we can decide together whether working with me feels right for you.
Just use the enquiry form or send me an email, and I’ll be in touch.

Further information
I offer a warm, supportive, and non-judgemental space where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences at a pace that feels comfortable for them. My approach is primarily Person-Centred, which means I believe in building a genuine therapeutic relationship based on empathy, acceptance, and understanding.
Alongside counselling, I also integrate mindfulness-based approaches where appropriate, including grounding techniques, breath awareness, and developing greater self-awareness. I understand that beginning therapy can feel daunting, so I aim to create an environment where clients feel safe, heard, and able to be themselves without fear of judgement.
My own experiences with anxiety and personal therapy gave me a deep appreciation for how powerful the right support can be, and this continues to shape the way I work with compassion, authenticity, and care.
Sessions are available online and in-person. I work with adults experiencing a range of difficulties including anxiety, stress, overwhelm, low self-esteem, panic, and life challenges.
