About me

Successful, 19+ years experience Loughborough, Leicestershire & Blackpool Psychotherapist/Counsellor & Hypnotherapist, CBT, Person Centred, NLP, Time Line Therapy & Integrative Approach. Life Coach.

Adults, children & young people and couples. I work from a beautiful, private log cabin in residential premises at Loughborough and also run an extra Practice in Blackpool.

In addition, I also offer the same face to face counselling in the client's home, as well as ONLINE, REMOTE and TELEPHONE sessions **(see note at bottom regarding the coronavirus situation)

I work in a variety of ways according to the needs of the individual. I see that people are not their behaviours and are doing the best that they can with what they have. Everyone therefore has the resources within themselves to change and to achieve their maximum potential in life and to EXPAND upon it, RIGHT NOW.

Central to my work is the quality of the relationship and rapport between client and therapist. I provide a confidential, safe and trusting environment in which the person is free to explore their deep issues, ridding themselves of any limiting decisions and finding a totally positive way to move forward.

The different counselling methods I use include CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), Person Centred, Humanistic, Gestalt Therapy, NLP (Neuro Linguistic Progamming), Time Line Therapy and Hypnosis, and Breakthrough/(Life Coaching) All of these are outlined in greater detail on my website along with client testimonials.

Before contacting me please do click on my website and visit the GET SET FOR LIFE section:

http://getset4success.co.uk/psychotherapy-cbt-counselling-lifecoaching-loughborough-leicestershire-blackpool-lancashire.html

You will then get a clearer picture, and an even better feeling of how I work and understand what is right for you.

Whatever approach I use, I provide that 'space' where you can explore and be 'Yourself' without any judgement and to further your journey. In my experience the quality of the client-therapist relationship is by far the one of the most important aspects in enabling you to be 'empowered' and ultimately to totally transforming your life.

Treatment and interventions I use have all proved highly successful. For example, Time Line Therapy/Coaching is a very fast (two-three sessions of around 3-6 hours) cost effective, long-lasting and successfully proven technique. During this therapy You and I work with the Unconscious Mind to get to the root cause of the problem.

In a BREAKTHROUGH (Life Coaching) session we not only work together to totally eliminate any negative emotion, limiting beliefs and phobias but during the sessions your values (which are responsible for motivation) are realigned and you get help with your future goals. The MindSonar® Profile Measurement Tool will also help you understand your thinking patterns in a specific context. (Check out the published article below)

The end result is that you get rid of all the 'baggage' that you may have been carrying over the years. This means you won't have to return to counselling. Imagine a complete overhaul of your car when you get it serviced. How much better will it run - and that's what you can get for yourself, right now. Help yourself feel good, now, and you can.

Look forward to seeing you in Lancashire (Blackpool) or (Loughborough) Leicestershire and to talking to you soon. Take care.

Registered / Accredited

Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.

BACP

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy

BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.

Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.

All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.

Free Pre-Initial Consultation Phone Call to discuss possible session booking and suitability

This is then followed by the Initial Consultation face to face (approx 50 minutes). All clients require this as it is the beginning of the therapeutic process. This session is a time to get to know each other better, for you to briefly discuss the issue and for me to explain in more detail how I work. Together we can then make an informed decision as to the best way forward for you.

The Initial Consultation can also take place online and on the telephone (via a landline)

Investment thereafter dependant on treatment required. Block sessions of therapy may be available at a discounted price when booked in advance. Check at time of enquiry.

How much value do you place on REALLY TRANSFORMING your life? If you really want to make a difference in your life do it today...because tomorrow never comes! You are totally worth it, that's right.
