About me

The truth is that everyone will experience difficulties and difficult situations either in their personal or work life. Some are harder to deal with on you own. A friendly, experienced, listening ear can really make a positive difference to your life.

I am a highly experienced Psychotherapist who has a wide range of experience in psychotherapy and counselling.

No one person is the same and no single form of therapy is suited to everyone. I undertake assessments of clients needs and adapt my psychological model to support them through one to one therapy.

Through my work for groups such as The Priory and Freedom from Torture, I have counselled clients suffering a range of effects from depression and acute anxiety through to severe trauma and P.T.S.D.

Choosing the Right Therapist.

It is important that you feel relaxed within a comfortable environment. A good counsellor is a creative catalyst for change, aiming to help clients take control of their lifes' in a productive and satisfying way.

At the heart of this is the client / therapist relationship. I strive to offer a safe, non judge-mental environment where you will feel free to express yourself in complete confidence.
