About me

I’m an award-winning counselling psychologist based in Worcester Park and Wimbledon, voted Best Psychologist 2020 and ranked among the top three in the area.  I have also won the award for most effective psychologist in Ocd treatment.  I offer brief, effective, and empowering therapies—including CBT, NLP, clinical hypnotherapy, EMDR, and solution-focused counselling—tailored to each individual.

My work is positive, practical, and focused on moving you from problem to solution. I work with individuals, couples, groups, and children, and have worked  for the NHS within Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS).

With over 20 years’ experience across the voluntary, public, and private sectors, I’ve supported a wide range of clients—from those facing serious mental health challenges to people seeking help with confidence, trauma, relationships, public speaking, smoking cessation, and more.

Training, qualifications & experience

I am a registered Counselling Psychologist in the UK, originally trained in Australia, with a Master’s degree in Psychology and extensive further training in clinical hypnotherapy, CBT, NLP, and solution-focused counselling. I have worked as a consultant to various organisations across the UK, providing psychotherapy, psychological assessments, and expert reports for the Family Courts. I also hold an NHS provider number and full professional insurance.

My approach combines clinical expertise with genuine compassion. With over 20 years of experience, I help individuals gain deeper self-understanding, build resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change.

I am deeply passionate about the work I do—something that is consistently reflected in the many positive reviews I’ve receive regularly online.

Further information

As a fully registered psychologist with additional training in counselling, I bring both professional expertise and years of experience to help you manage challenges more effectively than you may have thought possible. I work briefly and solution-focused, and do not advocate long-term therapy—my aim is for you to leave each session feeling more positive, clearer, and with a sense of resolve. I support individuals, couples, families, and children from the age of two upwards.
