Julie is an BACP Accredited Counsellor/Psychotherapist and a Clinical Hypnotherapist working at her private practice in Darlington, North East England. Offering Humanistic/Intergrative Counselling to children, adults and couples either on a private basis or by referral from GP's, EAP's or organisations.
Julie prides herself on the ability to be flexible in the approaches she uses, customising each session to best suit the needs and expectations of the customer. My aim is to enhance wellbeing, restore and maintain balance to the whole person.
Every individual's circumstances, experiences and life stories are very different. I take care not to make judgements. I listen as your feelings and thoughts unravel in your own time, support you through difficult times, help you to become more aware of your situation and to make desired changes/decisions and offer encouragement on your journey.
