SOUNDS OF THE HEART - A Midsummer Weekend Retreat

SOUNDS OF THE HEART is a Midsummer Weekend Retreat 22-24th June 2012 Friday evening - Sunday afternoon.  It will be held at the East down Centre in Devon on the edge of Dartmoor National Park. 

This Retreat is suitable for anyone in need of relaxation, personal space and inner nourishment.  It's an opportunity to escape from daily stresses.

The weekend will offer a combination of SOUND HEALING, VOICE AND CHANTING, VISUALISATION, WALKING MEDITATION, plus nourishing vegetarian food. 
There will be time for individual treatments in AROMATHERAPY MASSAGE, REFLEXOLOGY, REIKI, or SOUND HEALING.
