Journeying the labyrinth clears the mind and gives insight into our life journeys. It calms those in the midst of transition and helps us to see life in the context of a path. It also stirs creative fires and provides us with clarity to move forwards with courage. The journey is different for everyone, as is life, for we each bring different raw material to the labyrinth. We bring our uniqueness and often depart with a greater sense of oneness and unity.

The week will begin with the creation of our labyrinth into which workshop participants are invited to walk. The labyrinth is a pattern with one single path. Unlike a maze the labyrinth has only one path, a path that meanders into the centre and then will guide participants safely back out again. Walking the labyrinth allows us to focus our thoughts and gain clarity and insight about our personal and professional lives. It can also provide the opportunity to re-vision goals, assess our talents and abilities, to make decisions and know how to act upon them.

The workshop holiday will be held at a the beautiful centre called La Roane, near Toulouse in the south of France. La Roane is a place of profound beauty, set in the beautiful French countryside.
