Mindfulness is increasingly acknowledged as effective in the management of stress, anxiety, depression, chronic pain + illness (including ME/CFS), addictive behaviours and many other disorders. 

Based on meditation, the approach draws on simple traditional techniques validated by contemporary neuroscience. 

The programme is experiential.   It is intense, yet gentle:  normally delivered as a progressively structured 8-week course, + requires regular home practice between weekly sessions - offering the opportunity to develop life-changing skills and shifts in perspective.  

These taster sessions (for two Wednesday evenings in Feb/March) offer an opportunity to experience Mindfulness first-hand, and to ask questions.
