New Year can often be a time to re-evaluate our lives and situations, seeking change in the areas which are causing us distress or unhappiness.
Facing these confusing or difficult areas can be a daunting prospect. Together we can explore and reflect on areas of difficulty and by understanding your problems, can enable you to make meaningful choices and to feel more in control of your life.
I am a qualified and experienced psychotherapist / counsellor with a warm, compassionate and down to earth approach who provides a safe, non-judgemental space.
I offer both open ended and short term therapy to enable us to explore whatever difficulties you may be experiencing which may be causing you distress, pain or anxiety.
I work as an integrative therapist which means I use a combination of different therapeutic approaches depending on your needs.
Please contact me to arrange an assessment where we can meet and identify if I would be the right therapist for you and your needs.
