Profile

I am an Accredited Psychosexual Therapist and Relationship Counsellor/Therapist working with adult couples or individuals of any sexual orientation.

I work Integratively with Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Psychodynamic and Systemic theories.

Work is either on a short or long term basis dependent on the clients goals. Immediate life circumstances may be explored or 'deeper' issues addressed as required, but always with the goal of changing negative patterns and introducing healthy behaviours going forward.

Psychosexual treatment plans are tailored to the clients needs and work is highly educative, allaying fears and anxieties around performance, unrealistic expectations and misguided attitudes. I specialise in Sexual Addiction work. Any behavioural/sexual tasks are carried out in the client's home, never in the consulting room

Training, Qualifications & Experience

I have eleven years of ongoing professional training and development and nine years of clinical (client) work.
I am in private practice working from both a medical centre and a counselling centre in Leicester, offering daytime and evening appointments. I previously worked at the Leicester Counselling Centre on Victoria Park and at Relate Leicestershire.
Disabled access is available in the evening practice.

£50 payable by cash or cheque at the end of each session
For telephone and skype sessions Paypal transactions are the preferred payment route in advance of the session itself
