Supervision details
Working with OCD can be one of the more demanding areas of clinical practice, and it is normal to want a space where you can think through your cases with someone who really knows this client group.
I offer specialist supervision for therapists working with OCD and anxiety disorders, online, with a focus on what actually helps in the room. Sessions are practical and collaborative. We look at case formulation, treatment planning, and how to apply evidence-based approaches with confidence.
I am a BABCP-accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist and EMDR practitioner with experience across NHS and private mental health settings, specialising in OCD and anxiety disorders.
My supervision draws on a range of evidence-based approaches including CBT, exposure and response prevention and Inference-based CBT (I-CBT). Whether you are new to working with OCD, looking to deepen your practice, or wanting to expand the approaches you offer, supervision is tailored to where you are and what your clients need.
If you are carrying cases that feel stuck, have questions about treatment direction, or simply want a regular space to reflect on your OCD work, I would be glad to hear from you.
All sessions are held online, making it straightforward to fit supervision around your existing commitments.
The BABCP is the lead organisation for Cognitive Behavioural Therapy in the UK. Membership is open to anyone with an interest in the practice, theory or development of CBT. BABCP also provides accreditation for CBT therapists. BABCP accredited members adhere to the Standards of Conduct, Performance and Ethics in the Practice of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies, and are willing to be scrutinised in this adherence as required.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
