Supervision details
I bring over 30 years of experience as both a Samaritan and a Samaritan Supervisor, where I have had the privilege of supporting people through some of the most difficult and vulnerable moments in their lives. My counselling journey began at Kaleidoscope, and I am proud to still return there as a volunteer counsellor and group supervisor, offering my time and skills to a community close to my heart .
Alongside this, I run my own counselling practice, where I work with individuals experiencing suicidal ideation, self-harm, and those who identify as neuro-divergent. I am also a qualified couple counsellor, supporting relationships through challenges with warmth, balance, and respect.
My fees start at £60 per hour with a discount for students
As a qualified supervisor, with a certificate in advanced clinical supervision, I aim to create a safe, reflective, and encouraging space where supervisees can grow in confidence and skill and work in an integrated supervisor with a leaning towards the person centred approach. I value openness, compassion, and curiosity, and I believe supervision should feel like a partnership – one where you feel supported, heard, and able to bring your whole self to the work.
Whether you’re just starting out in your counselling career or looking to deepen your practice, I would be delighted to walk alongside you in your professional journey.

The National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society This Not For Profit association of counsellors and psychotherapists aim to support the counselling profession, members and training organisations. In 2013 the NCS register was accredited by the Professional Standards Authority under the Accredited Voluntary Register Scheme. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
