Supervision details
In 2013 I completed Teesside University Accredited Supervisor Training attached to the doctorate in clinical psychology. In 2018 I completed the ACAT accredited CAT supervisor training and have been supervising trainees doing their cases required for the CAT training and continue to do so. I offer supervision on a 1.1 basis and group supervision. I am an accredited CAT Practitioner and a Mentalization Based Therapy Practitioner. I have skills training in Compassionate Focussed Therapy and skills training in DBT. I draw on these skills and my skills from 24 years experience of working in mental health services of the NHS. I have delivered considerable teaching and training to NHS staff as well as at Masters level for Teesside University. I have presented research that I have been involved in, at National Conference (British & Irish Group Study of Personality Disorders) and I have presented at Regional GP Conference for 3 years. I have had 3 papers published in Reformulation, the ACAT journal.
