Supervision details
I’m Amy, a Person-Centred trained counsellor and supervisor, offering supportive and collaborative supervision for practitioners working with both adults and children & young people (CYP). I bring a thoughtful and responsive approach to supervision, drawing on extensive experience in therapeutic work and safeguarding, particularly with young people.
As a Level 5 CPCAB tutor specialising in CYP counselling, I’m passionate about helping practitioners grow in confidence, competence, and ethical awareness. My supervision is grounded in the Seven-Eyed Model, providing a reflective and relational space to explore client work, professional development, and the wider dynamics of practice.
For those who enjoy working creatively, I’m happy to incorporate creativity into supervision, encouraging imaginative and expressive approaches where helpful. I have a particular specialism in supporting work with eating difficulties and neurodivergence, and I welcome supervisees working in these areas.
Whether you're working with adults, young people, or both, I aim to offer a safe, encouraging space where you can reflect, grow, and feel supported in your practice.
