Supervision details

I offer a relational and welcoming space where you can bring your client work, your thoughts, and your feelings openly, without fear of judgement. I understand that supervision can sometimes feel exposing, so creating a sense of safety, trust and ease is really important to me.

I work in a way that values deep listening, thoughtful exploration and emotional attunement, helping us to make sense of what’s happening both in your client work and within you. Together, we can gently notice patterns, including countertransference and relational dynamics, and explore anything that feels stuck or uncertain, always at a pace that feels right for you.

Alongside this reflective space, I also support you to feel more confident in the practical side of your work—holding boundaries, making ethical decisions, and finding your own way of working with clarity and integrity.

I see supervision as something we build together—a trusting relationship where you feel supported, encouraged and able to grow into your practice with greater confidence and self-trust.

About Me
I am a relational, integrative supervisor who values connection, authenticity and creating a space where people feel genuinely seen and heard. My approach to supervision has grown from both my professional training and my own experiences of being supervised, where I’ve come to appreciate how important it is to feel safe enough to be open, reflective and unsure.

I’m particularly interested in the emotional and relational aspects of our work - how our own experiences, patterns and responses can show up in the therapy room. I aim to support supervisees in making sense of these moments with curiosity and compassion, rather than judgement.

Alongside this, I value clarity and integrity in practice. I support supervisees to feel more confident in navigating boundaries, ethical dilemmas and the realities of client work, while still staying connected to their own way of being as a therapist.

I see supervision as a shared process—one that evolves over time, where trust can develop and where growth feels supported, meaningful and sustainable.

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
