Do you ever leave sessions second-guessing yourself or wondering if you handled something “right”?
Are you working with clients who feel emotionally intense, complex, or hard to make sense of, especially around anxiety, ADHD, Autism, or attachment patterns?
I offer a warm, collaborative supervision space where we go beyond simply talking things through. Together, we slow things down, make sense of what’s happening beneath the surface, and help you feel clearer, more confident, and more grounded in your clinical decisions.
How I Work
My approach to supervision is integrative, relational, and gently challenging. I aim to create a space where you feel safe enough to be honest, and supported enough to grow.
Alongside reflection, I bring in:
-clear psychological frameworks (CBT, REBT, attachment-informed thinking)
- pattern recognition and formulation
- practical strategies you can take straight back into your client work
I won’t just sit and nod. I will help you think, notice, and develop in a way that strengthens both your confidence and your clinical depth.
Who I Work Best With
I particularly support therapists who:
-work with anxiety, ADHD, autism, and attachment-related issues
- tend to overthink their sessions or doubt themselves afterwards
- want more structure, clarity, and confidence in their work
- are developing their voice and identity as a therapist

Ongoing Support
As part of my supervision service, I provide written supervision notes and relevant psychoeducational resources after sessions.
These are designed to help you:
-consolidate your learning
- reflect more deeply between sessions
- build a clear record of your professional development
This is included at no extra cost.
Practical Details
I offer supervision both face-to-face in central Taunton and online via video call.
Individual Supervision
£75 per 90-minute session
Group Supervision
£50 each per 90-minute session
(Counts as 45 minutes toward supervision requirements)
Group Supervision
I run small, supervisor-led group supervision sessions designed to be supportive, reflective, and genuinely useful.
When: Last Wednesday of every month
Morning group: 10:00am
Evening group: 6:30pm
Format: Online and face-to-face in Taunton
Group size: Maximum of 4 participants
A smaller group allows space for everyone to contribute, feel heard, and leave with something meaningful to take back into their work.

The National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society This Not For Profit association of counsellors and psychotherapists aim to support the counselling profession, members and training organisations. In 2013 the NCS register was accredited by the Professional Standards Authority under the Accredited Voluntary Register Scheme. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
