Supervision details

My approach to supervision: I provide individual supervision online (via Zoom or Skype) to trainees and qualified counselling psychologists.  In this way I offer a reflective space, in which we can both decide together how to best use our time and resources, depending on your particular needs. It may be that you are looking for a space to reflect on clinical cases, or/and that you want to have a regular and safe space where to reflect on your personal and professional development as a Counselling Psychologist. I define supervision in the following way: A protected regular space to discuss and reflect on different areas of your work, in which to learn, develop, share and ensure that you are doing the best that you can within the boundaries of the profession. My aim is to create a safe space where to build a healthy relationship to work collaboratively as supervisor and supervisee in a way that is meaningful and helpful to you. My way of working is grounded in humanistic values, and I aim to embody a relational and flexible approach to both my clinical and supervisory work.I am also passionate about understanding the use and meaning of language, thus I offer linguistically sensitive supervision for multilingual and monolingual therapists who work across languages. I can work both in English and Spanish. If this way of understanding and approaching supervision speaks to you or if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me on my email or through my website and I would be very happy to help!  My fees are £75 for qualified practitioners, and £70 for trainees

HCPC
Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)

The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.

They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.

Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.
